These terms are between you and Xanthous Tech LLC, a Delaware (United States) company that operates SubPorter. Contact us at simon@subporter.com. By using SubPorter, you agree to them.

The service

SubPorter helps you plan and carry out the Stripe Billing portion of an account-to-account migration. It inventories Stripe objects, prepares migration plans, supports review and approval, applies authorized live changes, and produces migration records.

SubPorter does not move your application database, entitlements, webhooks, tax configuration, or other systems outside the documented Stripe Billing workflow. You remain responsible for those systems and for deciding when a migration is ready to proceed.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to access every Stripe account you connect and to authorize each action you approve. Provide restricted keys with only the documented permissions. Keep account access secure, review plans and manual-review rows, coordinate with the other account owner, and verify your application before the cutover.

Do not use SubPorter unlawfully, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another customer's project.

Pricing and payment

Planning, review, and sandbox runs are free. Small Exit costs $99 for migrations of up to 100 active subscriptions. Standard costs $199 above 100. Both are flat, one-time prices with no MRR-based pricing. Payment is charged only before the first live billing change.

Refunds

The fee is charged before the first live billing change. If you have not run any live write step, ask us and we refund in full. Once the first live write has run in the destination account, the fee is non-refundable, because Stripe objects now exist that both parties depend on. If a defect in SubPorter prevents your migration from completing, we refund in full.

Stripe access and records

Stripe restricted keys are encrypted and held only for the migration. They are deleted seven days after project completion or after 30 days of inactivity for an incomplete project. SubPorter keeps project summaries, migration deliverables, approvals, payment records, and audit events as the migration record.

Availability and risk

Stripe migrations can depend on account configuration, Stripe API behavior, data quality, and decisions made by both account owners. SubPorter surfaces checks and manual-review items, but you are responsible for reviewing them and approving live actions. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
