One time, above 100 active subscriptions.
Count active subscriptions in Stripe: Billing → Subscriptions, filter Active. SubPorter counts them for you during the free plan and shows your tier before Checkout.
Free until a live billing change
Create the migration room, inventory the source, build the plan, review manual rows, and run the sandbox without paying. The one-time fee is charged only before the first live billing change.
Founding cutover support
For the first five customers, the founder joins the cutover call live. The price stays the same.
Pricing questions.
What counts as a subscription?
- An active subscription in the source Stripe account counts toward your tier. Small Exit covers up to 100 active subscriptions. Standard covers more than 100.
What if the count changes between planning and payment?
- SubPorter resolves your tier from the source inventory at Checkout time, so the price uses the active subscription count at that point.
Do promotion codes work?
- Yes. Enter your promotion code in Checkout.
What is the refund policy?
- The fee is charged before the first live billing change. If you have not run any live write step, ask us and we refund in full. Once the first live write has run in the destination account, the fee is non-refundable, because Stripe objects now exist that both parties depend on. If a defect in SubPorter prevents your migration from completing, we refund in full.
